Frogs & Friends has long been providing swimming lessons to children in and around the Ascot area. Having gained some valuable experience taking independent school swimmers through to IAPS finals, we decided to further develop our services into mainstream competitive swimming.
Ascot Royals was established in 2021 and our goal is simple:

Professionally guided by Tim Delany and Lauren Berryman, our swimmers have gone from strength to strength. In our first year we achieved significant success at the County Championships for Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire and this was further surpassed in subsequent years.
Our strong team of swimmers now compete very successfully at local meets and as such we are starting to become well recognised within the swimming community.
Being a relatively new, small club we are able to provide a unique nurturing approach. This means our club is perfectly suited to those swimmers and parents who may be a little bit apprehensive about the commitment of joining a large swimming club.
