Ascot Royals is administered by an elected committee, who meet on a regular basis to discuss relevant management and strategic issues.
The committee consists of parents of club swimmers and other suitable representatives.
A general meeting is held by the club on an annual basis and all parents and members of the swimming club are encouraged to participate.
The club rules and procedures are defined in the club constitution. Copies of the constitution can be obtained upon request.
