What is the age of swimmers at this level?

Typically, swimmers are aged between 7 and 10 years old.

What does my child have to do to move to Silver Squad?

Moving to the Silver Squad level is ultimately up to the coach’s discretion. However, a swimmer must:

Regularly attend sessions

Demonstrate an eagerness to learn by listening to the coach’s instructions

Perform strokes efficiently

Regularly attempt basic competitive turns

Follow basic instructions from a drill board
