Academy Aims and Objectives
Our Academy is designed to build upon core swimming skills with the intent to prepare the swimmers for competitive swimming. Examples of these skills would be:
Stroke efficiency
Core swimming skills
Racing starts
Competitive turns
Understanding of technical terminology
Speed
Stamina

Prior to enrolling, swimmers must attend a trial session where they will be given the chance to demonstrate their swimming skills to one of our experienced coaches.
